Vaima can provide your personal data to internal recipients. These recipients are allowed access to their data in order to achieve the purposes previously described. How long will your personal data be stored?
We will not retain any personal data any longer than you have consented or for longer than necessary to achieve our legitimate interest. In order to ensure that personal data are not stored longer than necessary, we have set time limits for deletion, as well as a periodic review process.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
Right to withdraw consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time by contacting Vaima.
Right to oppose the treatment: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling. Vaima will refrain from further processing your personal data, unless we can demonstrate the existence of binding legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevails over your interests, rights and your liberties or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed. In this case, you have the right to request access to your personal data and information related to the processing.
Right of rectification: you have the right to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you, without unjustified delay. You have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.
Right to cancel ("right to be forgotten"): you have the right to obtain the cancellation of your personal data, without unjustified delay, if not excluded by the art. 17 (3) RGPD.
Right of limitation of treatment: you have the right to obtain the limitation of treatment, if one of the following hypotheses occurs:
- You dispute the accuracy of personal data.
- The processing is illegal and you request the restriction rather than the deletion of personal data.
- We no longer need your personal data, but you request data for the exercise or defense of a right in court.
- You have opposed the processing pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to its interested party.
Right to data portability: you have the right to receive, if feasible, the personal data concerning you provided to Vaima in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and have the right to transmit this data to another holder of the treatment.
Exercise your rights: you can exercise your rights by simply contacting Vaima (see Part II).
How do we treat third parties to whom their personal data have been communicated?
Notice: Vaima will communicate any rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing of your personal data to each recipient whose personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate commitment. At your request, we will inform you about these recipients.
PART V: WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE APPLIED TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
No internet transmission is completely secure or error-free, nor data stored without vulnerable aspects.
